London from the City of Surprise wrote: "As a first-time homeowner, I hear noisy noises in my house. There is a strange water "hammer" type noise that comes out of the sinks on occasion. I wasn't sure what was the reason, so I called on Ben Franklin Plumbing to come out to my house on Monday, January 18th, 2010. The company made my appointment for the morning hours, between 8 AM and 10 AM. The service person, Paul for Ben Franklin Plumbing, came out to my house at 9 AM. It was raining, so he made sure to wear protective foot covers upon entering my house. The greatest thing about this recent visit, was that I had met them briefly, at a city sponsored function when I first learned about their company. I had signed up, at that time, for a membership service. Because I had that level of service, I was treated to a "free" inspection of my house's plumbing issues, and a "free" hot water heater drainage. This was all done within the hour of his arrival. I also learned how I could cure that "hammer" noise, and I wasn't pressured into buying a service or product I didn't need. I was relieved that it wasn't a major problem, and ecstatic that I could fix it myself. I was definitely impressed that the company has such a great program and doesn't try to sell the customer items or services they really don't need. Thanks so much!"
