Lori from US Airways wrote: "Last year and this year I have been able to take advantage of the resort discount for the Westin Kierland in Scottsdale. What a great place for a getaway, even for one night. I almost hate to share this info, because part of me wants to keep the secret of this great place. But in the spirit of sharing the wealth, here are some reasons I absolutely love the Westin Kierland. The resort is beautiful, with separate adult and adventure pools, a water slide, and the lazy river (my favorite). There is nothing nicer on a triple digit day than to jump on a raft and float to your hearts content around the winding river. The cabana guys and girls will bring you all the icy pitchers of water you want, take your drink and lunch orders and you don't even have to leave the pool area. On Friday and Saturday nights they show a movie at the pool, so you can grab a lounge chair or float on a raft while you are indulging in smores (set up by the staff - which you make yourself). All the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They have an incredible spa and a nice fitness center, along with lots of events for kids. They have great restaurants and a coffee shop, gift shop, spa shop, and even music in the evening along with other special events. The beds are wonderful and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. If this isn't enough for you, Kierland Commons is a short walk across the street and offers more restaurants and shops. What more could you want? This has quickly become my favorite place to get away and rejuvenate. Thank you for offering such a great rate on a wonderful resort!"

I took my wife and 2 kids (1 year old and 4 year old) and we absolutely loved it. The offer was unbeatable, especially for the type of service and ammenities that we received. My kids loved the pool,smores roasting, and movie by the pool. The employees there where very helpful in giving us directions to restaurants and stores in the area. I wish I would have had time to play golf. The course was in great condition,even though it was the middle of the summer. This was our first resort experience. We kept saying that we need to do this more often. Everything about the trip had a positive experience."
