The objective of Wind ‘n’ Willow Massage Therapy LLC is to provide medically-based massage to promote the freedom from aches and pains caused by stress, tension and repetitive use. Each massage is customized to the specific needs of each individual to obtain the maximum benefits that will promote relaxation and relief.

Medically-based massage is utilizing education and extensive training of the anatomy and how the muscles function for each action and motion required by the body. Utilizing this information gives me the opportunity to ensure each massage focuses on the proper area for maximum relief.

Betsy Tollakson AS,LMT has been licensed in the state of Arizona since 2004. She obtained her Associates of Science Degree in Massage Therapy from Rainstar University in Scottsdale, Arizona. Betsy realized that it is very important to receive the highest level of education and training available in order to assist her clients in the best possible way. Most licensed therapists have received the minimum requirements by the Board of Massage Therapy, which is 750 hours of class and hands on practice, in approx. 6 to 9 months. By obtaining her Degree, Betsy had over 2200 hours of class room education and well over 200 additional hours of hands on practice, at the conclusion of her 2 years in school. Her education included extensive hours that focused on various neuro-muscular techniques. These included trigger point, sports massage, deep tissue and a form of relaxation that still focuses on the specific muscles to achieve a deeper form of relaxation.

Massage Therapy appointments are available in the comfort of your home or at my office location. The office is conveniently located at the US 60 and Alma School.
